Pilates
The system of the exercises aimed at strengthening of the big number of muscles with a minimum spine load. Training includes exercises intended to rehabilitate and rejuvenate your constitution.
Equipment: Pilates-ring, pilates-ribbon, pilates-balls.

Complex of the exercises intended for relaxation and muscles stretch.
Recommended for any level of experience.

Yoga
Mind&Body practice based on the ancient Indian traditions and aimed at harmonization of the body and spirit.
Recommended for any level of experience.

Spinning

Spinning I
Training on the exercise bikes, being hold in three modes:

  • Endurance – training of the aerobic endurance with maximum burn of the fats.
  • Strength – power and endurance training.
  • Interval – cardio-vascular system training in the interval mode.
    Recommended for any level of experience.
    Duration – 45 minutes.

Spinning II
Cycle race simulation. High intensity training.
Recommended for experienced people.
Duration – 55 minutes

Martial arts

Box
Training punches and defense techniques under supervision of the instructor.
Training may be hold in pairs.
Recommended for experienced people only.
Duration – 55 minutes

Aikido
Training self-defense technique, with use of accelerative power of the rival.
Recommended for any level of experience.

Lady’s 

Soft Exercises
Special training for those people who prefers low-intense workouts with easy technique.
Suitable for people with weak health; course is aimed to prepare a person for physical trainings.
Recommended for any level of experience.

Mama
Training for pregnant women. Based on the special exercises it softly influences the organism of the future mother.
Recommended to consult with a doctor before visiting the training.

Gravity

Personal Gravity Training*
Effective multifunctional training on the special free glancing board with 8 tilt levels.
Recommended for any level of experience.
