Planet Fitness clubs offer a wide spectrum of fitness programs:

  • Gym training by yourself or with a personal trainer
  • Cardio training
  • Aerobic group classes

In order to get a maximum workout adequate to the capabilities of your body Planet Fitness offers up to 60 programs – from physical training to dance classes and aqua-aerobic that will correspond to your desires and capabilities.

Please, read carefully the present booklet and keep it handy. It will become your reference book and a starting point. You will hardly be able to take up all the programs at once, since they are so numerous, and so different both in stile and essence.
