Consulting work is performed within the terms convenient to both sides, with a visit of specialists to the location, or at the Planet Fitness Company in Moscow, St. Petersburg or Kiev.
The amount of work necessary for the partner is specified by the corresponding contract.
Franchising
Franchising relationships with Planet Fitness Company imply the delegation of the Company’s rights to use Planet Fitness trademark and protected commercial information (know-how) in the sphere of creation and maintenance of a successful fitness club. Conditions of franchising, rights and obligations of Planet Fitness Company and the future partner are stipulated in the franchising contract, which specifies:
- The rights to use the Planet Fitness trademark;
- documents containing know-how to be provided to the partner who must ensure confidential usage of know-how received from Planet Fitness Company;
- volume of organizational and consulting support to the partner;
- requirements on ensuring the club’s work, including requirements to state of rooms, availability of professional sports equipment and staff;
- relationships in the sphere of reporting and quality control of services;
- amount and conditions of fee payments to Planet Fitness Company;
- franchising contract time.
A long list of mutual duties according to the franchising contract implies long-term partnership and participation of Planet Fitness Company in work and development of the club.
