Planet Fitness is the first Russian brand in the fitness industry.
In 1990, the founders of Planet Fitness opened the first commercial fitness club in the territory of the USSR, in the city of Leningrad (St. Petersburg). The sonorous word ‘fitness’ has confidently taken its place in the Russian language.
A new kind of service, virtually unknown before, grew and developed together with the country, having passed through the adaptation processes, responding to changes in management system, establishment and development of sales technology for fitness service, procedures of staff selection and training, and development of new club work concepts.
Virtually managers of all ranks, working in fitness clubs, are our former colleagues and students, people trained by Planet Fitness.
